Class B Building

Out of the classes of A, B, C, these buildings are average.  They are significantly older then class A buildings which means they've probably encountered some deferred maintenance and possibly have become dated, but have not fallen into the same level of disrepair as a class C building.  Class B buildings are often considered by investors who recognize the opportunity to remodel or renovate them back to the quality of class A.
