Agency Disclosure

A document shared with and signed by the potential buyer or seller that informs them of the role that the agent/broker is playing in that transaction.  This process documents the awareness of the potential buyer or seller about any representation loyalties an agent/broker may have that could affect their decisions.  Roles played may be single agent, designated agent, dual agent (representing both parties - not permitted in all states), transaction broker, facilitator.
