Let's see what happened in the 30A real estate market in June 2022?

After an ultra-hot market over the last 24+ months, home are still selling strongly, but as with many markets there are some signs of normalizing.  Inflation is climbing and interest rates are as well in an attempt to curtail the inflation rate.  This will make some buyers pull back, while others want to steam ahead in case rates continue upward.  Here are some June stats for the 30A area from Miramar to Rosemary south of Hwy 98.  As always, we can run custom reports for the areas you're considering purchasing in.

JUNE 2022

  • Average sales price:  $2,471,177 (+14.4%)
  • Properties sold:  275 (-17.7%)
  • Active listings:  676 (+48.2%)
  • Median days on market:  10 (+100)
  • Absorption rate:  2.45 months (+82.8%)  length of time to sell all inventory if no new listings were added

Highest priced home to sell:  

$25,000,000 in Miramar Beach
